చక్కని కథ. స్వగతమా? వికాస్ అంతా ముగించి మేకప్ చేసుకున్నట్లు ప్రవర్తిస్తే మేఘనకు సహజంగా తన మనసు విప్పడానికి మనసు రాదు. ‘పోనీలే. ఇట్స్ ఓకే!” అనే టిపికల్ భార్య మనస్తత్వమా?

Nice subtle story. Only insecure people and others in insecure conditions require assurance with straight statements like ‘I love you’. Otherwise, it is like captioning a picture of an elephant with the word elephant. Showing rather than saying is the secret of sharing love. The lesser your sensitivity the more you need ’saying’ (vocalizing in Ms Malathi’s words). Vikas may know that Meghana loves him. But his intention seems to hurt her and not to demand vocalizing her love. Intention to hurt takes recourse to groundless allegations also. Such allegations take form from a region of our mind where fantasies are born. They betray the essential emotional insecurity and doubts of self-worth of that person. Thanks for ’showing’ a piece of inner drama.

Good story. I think the author seems to highlight our culture where emotions like love are not vocalized. Also that vocalizing is an imported practice is also implied here. :)
